1. What Pursecure is
Pursecure is a security audit tool that scans the public surface of web applications and delivers findings, regulatory mapping, and remediation suggestions. It does not replace a professional security audit or guarantee the absence of vulnerabilities.
2. Acceptable use
You may only scan sites and domains that you own or for which you have express authorization from the owner. Scanning third-party infrastructure without permission may be illegal and is prohibited. Active tests (opt-in on paid plans) must only be used against authorized targets. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the service or use it against third parties without authorization.
3. Plans and payments
Payments are processed through Polar.sh, which acts as merchant of record. Each plan's limits (projects, scans, API keys) are applied according to the plan in effect. You can cancel at any time; paid access continues until the end of the billed period.
4. No warranty
The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the results are complete or error-free, nor that your site is free of vulnerabilities because it passed a scan. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the service.

For inquiries, write to us at [email protected]. These terms are governed by the laws of Chile. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you retain the data-protection rights granted to you by the law of your country of residence in LATAM.
